With international experience in Germany and beyond, I have led development and investment projects, driven sales strategies, and managed complex property initiatives through companies such as OAO Estates, IB Ivanenko & Berikashvili GmbH, DIVPlus GmbH, and ELB-Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH.
My combined expertise in real estate and communication, supported by a Master of Business Administration, MBA and a dual academic foundation in media and business administration, allows me to bring both strategic and creative perspectives. With a strong eye for architecture and a commitment to building lasting relationships, I strive to deliver results and long-term value in every project.
